What does custom-fit mean? 🔧

If you see the custom fit tag on one of our products, it means these covers are made for your vehicle specifically. We do not keep any stock for this category of product, they are made new for you according to your vehicles brand, model, year and submodel. Our custom fit series incorporates all seat functions such as latches, buttons, levers, heating, cooling, moving, seatbelts etc. into the production process and allows you to use all your seat functions freely without the need for cutting or making modifications to the seats or the covers. They feature velcro and zipper in the correct places to ensure a perfect fit and hassle free installation.

What does compatible mean? 🔧

If you see the compatible tag on one of our products, it means the product is measured, adjusted (if necessary) and confirmed to fit your vehicle. Our compatible series incorporates all seat functions such as latches, buttons, levers, heating, cooling, moving, seatbelts etc. and allows you to use all your seat functions freely with the use of special attachments that are included in your seat cover package.

Can I ask to customize your products in any way? 🔧

Yes you can.

For the custom-fit seat covers series: You can change the colors of the seats in any way you want. You can customize the middle part, the side part and the thread color on the seats. Color customizations are free of charge, just send us a message on our live chat at the bottom right corner or reach is via e-mail at info@carfurnisher.com.

How does your custom-fit ordering process work? 🔧

After your order is processed, we will send you an e-mail from info@carfurnisher.com asking for interior photographs of your vehicle. To offer you a personalised experience, our custom made orders are produced according to the interior of your vehicle. We do have your vehicle's dimensions already in hand, so no measurement is required. We want to see different areas of your car in case there is a difference from our version. If there is a difference, we will incorporate that into the covers to give you a truly custom experience.

My vehicle's seats look different than the pictures I am seeing here, is this a problem? 📷

For our custom-fit series, no, not at all. Our custom-fit series are made for your vehicle, so what you see in these pictures is a standard 5 Seat vehicle illustration. When the covers are produced, they will be made exactly for your vehicle and the shape and count of your seats and headrests. If you vehicle looks different than the pictures, do not worry, we will make the covers according to your car. Also, we do not use computer generated images, all of the images you see are of the real product, color and material. At Carfurnisher, what you see is what you get. So even though the shape may be different, the color and material will be as you see it here. If you wish to see a video of before/after installation and real life applications, please check the "Showcase" section above on the tabs.

For all the other products, what you see is what you will get. We are using real pictures. We incorporate special velcro systems in many parts for our universal & compatible series products, so even though you will get what you see, you can still make it work during installation by bending the fabric inside and using our velcro system.

Can I use your covers with my vehicle's heating or cooling seat functions? 🔧

Absolutely you can. For our Universal, Compatible & Custom-Fit and Seat Protector series, our covers will not hinder your vehicle's heating or cooling seat functions. They will be just as effective with the covers on as well.

For the seat cushions, the thick ones will reduce the effectiveness of the heating and cooling functions of your seats.

For the wood / bamboo seat covers, they will reduce the effectiveness of the heating on your seats but will not affect the cooling, on the contrary, they will increase your vehicles cooling function effectiveness

Will the seat covers hinder or prevent airbags from deploying from inside the seats? 🔧

Absolutely not. All our covers are airbag certified and tested. They are airbag stitched so they tear easily from inward pressure and will release as soon as your airbag deploys. There is no time delay or hinderance of capability or safety for your airbags. Safety is always Carfurnisher's first priority.

Can I install your covers by myself? 🔧

Yes, you can install all of our covers by yourself. Each cover comes with a comprehensive written and video guide for fitting along with the box. There is no professional help required. If you wish to get a professional to fit them for you, you can use upholsterers, car service shops or car detailing shops to get help. You can check out the "Fitting" section above on the left tabs for more information.

What if the product does not fit my vecihle? 🔧

We will not send you a product that will be incompatible. You are selecting your vehicle brand, model and year before purchasing anything from Carfurnisher. All products are measured and tailored accordingly to your vehicle's dimensions and needs. In case you can not fit the covers somehow, we offer after-shipping support and will guide you on how to install them. Just send us an email at info@carfurnisher.com. If there is a clear mistake on our part, meaning the covers are incompatible, we will send you a replacement or refund you. Please check our "Product Return Policy" at the bottom of this page for your rights and the steps you need to take.

I have a backseat armrest / cupholder, are your products compatible with that? 🔧

All of our custom fit models are compatible with your backseat armrest / cupholder. You can use it freely with our covers without sacrificing style or function.

As for our Universal and Compatible series, please adhere to the pictures and compatibility guides inside each product. The vast majority of our products are compatible with all your seat folding and armrest functions, but there may be some models that do not support these functions. Make sure to check the product page or ask us directly via our live chat at the bottom right corner to make sure.

My backseats can fold independently (40/60 - 40/20/40 - 50/50 etc.), are your products compatible with that? 🔧

Yes, all our custom-fit series are compatible with your backseat folding functions. You can fold your seat 40/60 - 40/20/40 - 50/50 or as a whole while using these covers.

Do your covers hinder or prevent the use of seatbelts? 🔧

No, not at all. Our covers do not interfere with your seatbelt functions and have pre-opened seatbelt buckle holes for you to be able use your seatbelt from under the covers.

Do your products look like the pictures I am seeing here in real life? 📷

Our custom-fit series are made for your vehicle, so what you see in these pictures is a standard 5 Seat vehicle illustration. Are you using real animal leather inside your products? 🐾

No, we do not. Carfurnisher uses premium quality PU leather for it's covers. We do not use real animal hide. In our experience, real animal hide is quite heavy, hard to maintain and also tends to be uncomfortable to sit on during hot days. Also our company policy won't allow any animals to be harmed during the production of our products.

Are you using breathable / no-sweat materials? 💨

Yes, our covers do not hinder air passage and will not cause you to sweat during prolonged use.

Are you using geniune materials? 🧶

Carfurnisher only uses premium quality materials for it's covers. Each product is tested and approved two times before shipping. We use only high quality materials for the production of our covers.

Are your covers waterproof? 💦

Our leather covers are spillproof as in, spills / stains won't get to your car seat below unless the liquids stay on your seats for a long time.


Our camouflage series inside our custom-fit range are 100% waterproof as in, spills / stains won't get to your car seat below at all.


Our fabric and leather & fabric mix covers are splash proof, as in, spills / stains won't get to your car seat below if they are wiped off quickly.

Are your covers machine washable and How do I clean them? 🧹

Our covers are not machine washable as the tumbling may damage the soft sponge layers underneath the covers. But cleaning them is a relatively easy task. Just wipe them gently with a damp cloth or you can use a very mild cleaner in your wipe. Alternatively, you can get them dry cleaned or vacuum cleaned by a car cleaning service as well. If you insist on washing them, just soak them inside warm water with a mild diluted cleaner and gently rub them with your hands, dry thoroughly and steam iron them later on before putting them on again.

Some of our seat protector range can be washed inside a washing machine. For more details please adhere to each product's description.

Will your covers leave any stains or damage my car seats? 🖌️

No they will not. The backside of our covers do not contain any paint or materials that can leave a stain or damage your original car seats.

Same goes for our woon / bamboo series as well as our seat protectors. All are safe to use. They wouldn't be protecting much if they are damaging the thing they are protecting, would they :)

Can I use your covers if I have a pet? 🐕

Our covers are designed to endure but please execute caution when letting your pets on your seat covers as they are not pet graded and may get damaged if your beloved companion is a feisty one. Are your covers mold / bacteria / carcinogenic safe? ☣️

Yes, we use antibacterial materials during production and your covers will protect your seats and you from bacteria and mold formation. Furthermore, we strictly monitor and enforce all our materials to be anti-carcinogenic. You can safely use our covers and let your children on them with a peace of mind

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can i return my product if i do not like it? 🔁

For our custom-fit series, you can not return them unless the product is damaged, defective or does not fit. We custom make these covers just for you and they can not be used again for someone else unless someone orders the exact same seat cover model and color for the exact same vehicle with the exact model and year, which is quite rare. If you are concerned about the color or the material, our pictures are taken live, we do not use any computer generated visuals. The texture, color and materials will be exactly as you see them here. Furthermore, if you want to see how this particular model of seat cover looks after installation, you can check our "Showcase" section in the tabs towards the left where you can find photos and videos of real applications and before / after shots. Please check our "Product Return Policy" at the bottom of this page for your rights and the steps you need to take.

My product arrived damaged, what are my rights? 🔁

We pack our products very securely, you will be surprised when you see the packaging, we guarantee it :). And since our products are textile, even though the outer box is damaged, the product itself should still be safe. But if your product is somehow damaged or defective on arrival, we will send a replacement or refund you back. Please check our "Product Return Policy" at the bottom of this page for your rights and the steps you need to take.

What happens if my item doesn't arrive or is lost in mail? 🔁

We will send you a replacement or refund you 100% under our "Product Return Policy" guidelines.

Can i cancel my order later on if i change my mind? 🔁

Yes you can. Please check our "Product Return Policy" at the bottom of this page for your rights and the steps you need to take.

Do your products have a warranty I can use? 🔁

Our products come with a 2 year manufacturers guarantee but sadly this can not be enforced cross border as shipping the items to the manufacturer back and forth will cost as much the product itself. So in short, yes we do trust our product for at least two years, but no, we can not offer any warranties on the covers.

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost? 🚚

We provide free shipping for all Europe, North America and Middle East regions. If you are not in of those regions and want to check your shipping cost, just add an item to your cart and proceed to checkout (Or click the "Buy it now" button). At the checkout you will be presented with the final shipping cost. We offer free shipping to 92+ countries. But in the end, the shipping costs will depend on the item ordered, the country of destination and the amount of the ordered product.

When will you ship my item? 🚚

We will ship your custom covers as soon as the production is complete. Our custom-fit series take approximately between 10-14 days to produce. After that, products are usually shipped inside 3 business days after production is complete. We do not work on Sundays.

For standard orders shipping lead time is usually between 3 to 7 days.

When will the item arrive to me? 🚚

You can check the delivery dates under the "Shipping Timeline". You can find it under the "Buy it now" button and above the product description. Delivery time updates automatically when you choose different delivery methods and countries. We will also send you a cargo tracking code via e-mail once we ship the item,

Which cargo companies do you use for shipping? 🚚

We use FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS

Will i receive a tracking number for my shipment? 🚚

Yes you will. We will send you an automatic e-mail with your tracking number once the item has shipped.

PAYMENT

Which payment methods do you support? 💲

We support all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal, Klarna, Ideal, BanContact, Amazon Pay, and Shopify Payments (Such as GooglePay, ApplePay etc.), Sezzle for installment payments and Cryptocurrency payments (For cryptocurrency payments, send us a message and we shall provide a payment address for you).

Do you accept installments? 💲

Yes we do. We are partnerts with Sezzle. You can choose Sezzle as a payment option during checkout to pay via installments free of charge with no additional fees. (Available in certain regions)

Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery) or after arrival payments? 💲

Sadly no. Most of our products are made to order so we have to prepare materials, start production and ship the items once an order is confirmed. We are mostly shipping internationally so we can not enforce COD on a worldwide scale to re-posses the items if they are not picked up on arrival.

Can i see how your product looks in real life? 👀

Our pictures are taken live, we do not use any computer generated visuals. The texture, color and materials will be exactly as you see them here. Do you provide after shipping support? ☎️

Yes we do. I have a discount code, where can i use it? 🛒

You can use your discount codes in the checkout section. After you have added an item to your cart or clicked the buy now button, enter your shipping address and click continue. When you get to the payment page, at the upper side of your screen find your product and below that will be a box to enter your code.

Who are your production partners? 🏭

We work with car textile manufacturing factories directly to procure you the best product at an affordable cost. Our partners are supplying major car brands such as Hyundai, Ford and Opel for their original seat textiles as well as offering seat cover selections on the side with their own designs. We do have franchise agreements with our partners and procure directly and ship them items ourselves.
