Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

LEAD TIME

Standard Orders

We aim to process and dispatch your order as swiftly as possible. Our typical lead time for shipping is 2-7 business days from the date of order confirmation. If your order has not been shipped within this timeframe, please contact us for assistance. You are fully protected by our customer satisfaction policy, which includes a full refund / free replacement for non-delivered items, as outlined in our product return guidelines.

Custom Fit and Personalized Orders

For custom-fit or personalized products, please allow a lead time of 10-14 business days after your order and compatibility have been confirmed. This extended time frame is necessary to ensure that your custom specifications are met accurately.

Production Delays

Please note that while we strive to meet all quoted lead times, we cannot guarantee these production times due to variables that may be beyond our control. There may be occasions when production is delayed. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer various shipping options including Economic Shipping and Express Shipping. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

SHIPPING COSTS

We provide free shipping for all Europe, North America and Middle East regions. If you are not in of those regions and want to check your shipping cost, just add an item to your cart and proceed to checkout (Or click the "Buy it now" button). At the checkout you will be presented with the final shipping cost.

We offer free shipping to 92+ countries. But in the end, the shipping costs will depend on the item ordered, the country of destination and the amount of the ordered product.

All delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are intended as guidelines only. We endeavor to meet these timelines but there can be delays due to factors beyond our control. As such, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer worldwide shipping. Express and Economic shipping is valid on international orders. For information about customs process:

  • Customs clearance is performed by the carrier we select. If there is any tax to be paid they will get in touch with you over the contact information you have provided in the order. (E-mail address, Phone number etc.). We try to minimize any taxes you may have to pay in your country but can not guarantee there will be no tax fees.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs, fees or taxes.

 

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Upon placing your order, you will receive several updates via email to ensure you can follow your order's progress from our warehouse to your doorstep:

  • Order Confirmation Email: This email will include a link to the order status page and detailed information about your order. You can use this link at any time to check the current status of your purchase.
  • Order Shipping Email: Approximately 2-4 days after your order has been processed, you will receive this email, which includes your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. At this stage, your order status will be marked as "SHIPPED" on our order status page.

Responsibility for Tracking and Collection

  • Monitoring Shipments: It is your responsibility to regularly check your emails and the tracking link for updates on the delivery of your order.
  • Customs and Border Processing: If your package is subject to customs or other border-related processes, you are responsible for monitoring these processes and ensuring any necessary actions are taken within the time limits provided. Failure to act timely may result in the destruction of the product by the authorities.
  • Uncollected Packages: Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it has arrived. Packages not picked up will be returned to the carrier and subsequently destroyed. We do not claim responsibility for uncollected packages, and any loss or damage resulting from failure to collect the shipment will be your responsibility.

We encourage you to monitor your shipments closely and act promptly to ensure smooth delivery. If you encounter any issues with tracking or receiving your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

We can not guarantee shipping times as it is the responsibility of the carrier and is out of our hands. We select only the best and reputable shipping services available in the market. If your package is delayed please reach out to the shipper company and provide them your tracking number so you can inquere about your packages status. If you need further help with the situation please do not hesitate to contact us, we will do our best to contact the shipper on your behalf to escalate the situation. If your package is confirmed to be lost by the shipping company you are protected by our "Non-arrivals / Lost in mail" rights stated in our product return policy.
